This location fit our needs and exceeded our expectations. Room was immaculate. Staff very courteous. Location ideal for easy off and easy on of I-4. Dining and shopping options right within that airspace. If passing through, I would stay again.

Absolutely Wonderfull! The hotel is fresh, clean, and pretty. The location is excellent as it's in a shopping area, so anything you may need is right around the corner. The area is not too far from major parks which is great if you want to be close without outrageous prices and away from huge crowds. The staff is very friendly and the breakfast was amazing! The breakfast is slightly different each day so always tasting fresh. The lounge area is excellent to just sit an relax for a moment,. And can't forget the coffee! My wife will literally find any reason to head down to grab a cup of coffee. It was too cold during our visit to enjoy the pool, however the pool area did look nice, I imagine kids would have a great time.

We stayed during a wedding weekend, everything was perfect, rooms were clean, the staff would attend to our requests when asked. The rooms are big with a small kitchen area. The morning breakfast was perfect, coffee was always hot. Hotel is also conveniently neat the expressway- I recommend this hotel.

6 things wrong here. The heavy bathroom door blocked the toilet and shower door.We had to close the door behind us in the bathroom to get to the shower. The card keys stopped working several times on our 3 night stay. We had to go to the desks several times to get them to reboot the plastic card key. Very inconvenient with packages in hand . Pool area littered with Cheetos and potatoes chips as the ants are feeding from them. We kept bumping into the foreign cleaning guy whom lives there. We could not get back into the hotel from the door leading to the outdoor pool. We had to walk all the way around to the corner to a different door to get back into the hotel. The pool needs some solar heating. It's way to cold to swim in Friendly Great location horrible traffic Too Helpful of staff.

This is a new hotel. The hotel, rooms, hallways and the parking areas are very clean. The suites are very spacious. It offers an appropriate size kitchenette and the bathroom is definitely adequately sized. This hotel is located close to the main interstate, restaurants and shopping. The only issue that made this stay disappointing solely relates to the manner in which the front desk clerk acted. When we entered this hotel, there was no one at the front desk. A young lady walked up, after obviously visiting the cookie bar, and logged into the computer. While chewing her cookie, she never looked up nor did she acknowledge our presence until we said something. During check in, she never made eye contact and while discussing check in of our rooms, instead of her answering the questions from the person asking the questions, she talked to the other party in our group. While it is understood that people have good and bad days, when serving in a role that represents the company image, the employee should always be aware of how they come across in an effort to avoid having public feedback such as this one. The hotel is very nice and it is a great place to stay, however, it will never be one I would select again given this experience.

Jasmin provided exceptional service. Her performance has consistently been outstanding. She consistently demonstrates helpfulness and a positive demeanor. My stays have always been enjoyable, a direct result of the dedicated staff and excellent facilities. We extend our gratitude to Home2 Suites.

Everything was great. The rooms are clean, and the breakfast was hot, not just pastries and cereal. All the staff were really nice, especially Nathan at the front desk, who helped us get a room close to the rest of our group. Will stay again.

I stay at this hotel often as it's convenient for me whenever I work in the area. Unfortunately, the cleanliness of the rooms continues to be an issue. One time there were dirty dishes left in the room, another time there was a dirty Q-tip in a Coffee Lid in the drawer with the silverware, and now this time there was an empty beer can in the freezer. If these things are dirty and being overlooked, it brings me to question the cleanliness of the rest of the room.
